Top Tenn Lounge TI

For this project, we partnered with a local business owner to transform an existing building into an intimate wine bar and lounge. The work required a full interior demolition and presented unique challenges, particularly in meeting updated accessibility standards and food service requirements. Perhaps the most striking transformation was the decision to expose the original wood roof rafters, which now frame the space with warmth and authenticity. Rich finishes, moody lighting, and a thoughtfully layered layout further enhance the atmosphere, striking a balance between sophistication and comfort. The result is Top Tenn Lounge - a welcoming destination in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood, - and best experienced in person!
