Lakehouse Getaway

This custom waterfront lake home on Spirit Lake, Iowa was designed as a vibrant vacation retreat for a family of six. GrayRek Design+Build provided architectural and interior design services from concept through construction, guiding every decision along the way. With a playful, colorful interior layered over thoughtful lake-house architecture, this home was designed to be a destination - one made for gathering, slowing down, and creating lasting memories. Completion is slated for Spring 2026.
